Talk Derby To Me Pub Crawl!

PoorLittleRichGirls has teamed up with Players Sports Group to bring you the best pub crawl of the year-Talk Derby To Me! This fun filled day is in honor of the most exciting minute in sports, The Kentucky Derby! Before the race we’ll be hitting 6 bars all over Lincoln Park where you’ll be getting great drink specials, like $2 beers and $3 “Kentucky Kool-Aid” made with the new premium TY KU Vodka!

Tickets are only $10 to get in on the DERBY ACTION! Participants will be eligible to win cool prizes, like Cubs tickets! Love to dress up!? The best jockey, horse outfit or derby hat wins two tickets to a Cubs game that includes an on-field experience watching batting practice before the game! Go Cubbies! 

Our event sounded so fun, the Windy City Rollers are graciously allowing us to use their “Talk Derby To Me” slogan and inviting all participants to the Roller Derby that night! All pub crawlers will get 40% off tickets to the 6pm “Winners Circle” Bout at the UIC Pavilion after the crawl. Just show your pub crawl flyer that night to get a $12 ticket to the derby! Pub Crawl Heats! 

Heat 1: 12:30pm- 1:30pm: Wrightwood Tap 

Heat 2: 1:30pm-2:15pm: Grand Central

Heat 3: 2:15pm – 3pm: Prost

Heat 4: 3pm – 3:45pm: The Spread 

Heat 5: 3:45pm – 4:30pm: Toasted Ox 

Heat 6: 4:30pm – 5:30pm: Hi Tops

Be one of the first 20 people to check-in at HEAT #1 (The Wrightwood Tap/ 1059 West Wrightwood) and you’ll get issued a name of a horse racing in the Kentucky Derby. If your horse is the winner, you’ll get $100 cash!

No need to purchase tickets ahead of time. You’ll just pay at the Wrightwood Tap on Derby Day but, RSVP to one of the below to let us know you are coming!
